We understand what you're dealing with
These are some of the concerns we often hear from people before they come to Frameworks — and how we approach them.
It keeps coming back
Some people experience recurring symptoms despite previous treatment. We look beyond the symptoms to assess the structural and biomechanical factors that may be contributing to the problem.
Painkillers and rest aren't fixing it
Pain relief can be an important part of managing symptoms. Our approach focuses on assessing the underlying factors that may be involved, rather than looking at symptoms alone.
How we approach back pain
Back pain is one of the most common reasons people come to Frameworks. Whether symptoms are recent, persistent, related to disc problems, or associated with daily activities such as prolonged sitting, we begin with a detailed assessment of the factors that may be contributing.
Our approach focuses on identifying structural and biomechanical patterns that may influence how the body moves and functions. Using precise, low-impact techniques, we aim to support improved stability, movement, and function.
Many people come to us after trying different approaches and are looking for a more focused assessment of what may be contributing to their symptoms. Our Core Integrity Protocols provide a structured approach to care. Our aim is to support improvement while helping patients understand their condition and treatment options.

How It Works
Free 15-minute assessment
We check whether our approach is right for your case. No obligation, no cost. If it isn't, we'll tell you honestly and point you elsewhere.
Foundation Phase – Examination & first treatment
A thorough assessment, followed by the first precise, low-impact treatment.
Foundation Phase (further 3 sessions)*
Precise micro-adjustments that are designed to address identified structural and movement related factors. We call this our Core Integrity Protocols. The aim is to support longer term pain relief and stability.
* Sometimes further treatments are required but this will be discussed on an individual basis.
Frequently Asked Questions
For a mechanical problem, rest and painkillers can manage the symptom, but they don't address what's driving it. They may dull the pain for a while, but the underlying pattern usually remains. We'd rather assess and address that pattern early.
Usually not. We use imaging to rule out red flags, not to diagnose ordinary wear and tear. From your history and a careful examination we can normally tell where the problem is, and whether our approach will help.
Conventional chiropractic often focuses on creating movement in stiff joints. We take a different approach: rather than increasing mobility, we work to stabilise the skeleton in a neutral position. It's a different aim and a different treatment plan, which is why the experience can feel quite different from chiropractic you've had before.
Often it's because the structure underneath wasn't stable enough for that work to take hold. Exercises, stretching and rehab all assume a stable base to work from. Our approach is based on a simple principle: stabilise the structure first, then build strength and movement on top of it. For many patients, exercise and rehab become more productive once that groundwork is in place.
