For your peace of mind, please read the following information about what to expect when you arrive for your appointment.
The health of our patients and staff continue to be our upmost priority. We continue to follow an excellent standard of enhanced hygiene procedures within a safe environment.
Patients are expected to use hand sanitiser on arrival and are encouraged to continue to wear face masks if possible. Contactless payment is also encouraged.
Surfaces, chairs and handles in the reception area are regularly cleaned and sanitised. Frameworks Clinic reception team are working behind a screen.
Clinicians will be in PPE and the treatment room is sanitised after every appointment. As the treatment either requires patients to lay on their front or sit facing away, face to face contact remains minimal.
